HB 324 Is Compassionate Sense

Representative Gary Click (R-Fremont) has introduced HB 324, Shirley and Wilma’s Law. Named after two members of his church, this bill will ensure the rights of patients, family and clergy and permit visits during a pandemic. The ladies for whom this bill is named died alone in hospitals in Representative Click’s area because family and clergy were not permitted to visit. Churches, pastors and family members in all 88 counties of Ohio have lived under the oppressive burden of being isolated from each other for no medical reason.

Contact your representative and senator and ask that HB 324 will move speedily through both houses and onto the Governor’s desk for signature.
